Cheryl Olson is an AMS certified guide and has been involved with Montessori education for over 20 years. She has held every position from "Montessori Mom" to Classroom Assistant, Head Teacher and now Director. She is married with three sons and lives in the Damascus community. Cheryl is passionate about the Montessori method of teaching young children and believes it is the 'best kept secret'.

Skylynn Wheat is an NAMC certified guide with more than thirty years experience in a Montessori classroom. In 1987 she started as an assistant at Elizabeth Perry Montessori School before becoming head teacher four years later. In 2000 she moved to Pleasant Valley Montessori School, where she spent fourteen years as head teacher and Enrollment Director. Married with four children---all of whom had a Montessori education---Skylynn loves and believes in the Montessori methods and philosophy.
